As a Senior Software Developer, you are responsible for developing the core components of the VP MicroLab®. You solve complex problems in the fields of interactive 3D graphics and physics, image processing, real-time networking, and haptic rendering. Your focus will be on current state of the art hardware (multi-core CPUs and GPUs) for performing compute-intensive tasks at real time. You will own small/midsize projects in which you take responsibility for requirements setup, design, and implementation, and lead a small number (0-2) of junior software developers.

Requirements

·         MS in Computer Science, related degree, or strong comparable experience.

·         5+ years of professional software development experience.

·         Strong understanding of software architecture, OO principles and common design patterns.

·         Strong experience in at least one of the following fields: 3D graphics, interactive dynamics (rigid and soft body, fluids), image processing, computer vision, real-time networking.

·         Strong experience with C++. Experience with multi-threaded programming is a plus.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional character.
